Settlement between Haji Muhammad ‘Ali, son of the late Karbalayi ‘Abd Allah from Shiraz, and Mirza Mahdi, son of Haji Abu al-Hasan Tajir [the merchant] from Shiraz, over the ownership of a specific house in the Sarbagh neighborhood of Shiraz for the duration of thirty-nine lunar months, for one hundred dinars and one charik [unit of weight] of wheat. Mirza Mahdi would be responsible for all the repairs and snow-shoveling during this period. Copy of a letter written by Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of the late Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, against Haji Mahmud Tajir [merchant] (son of the late Haji Muhammad ‘Ali Tajir from Shiraz), the tenant of Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin's deceased wife, Hajiyah Zivar Sultan (daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Hasan Tajir known as Salih). Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin claims that Haji Mahmud has not paid half of the rent of some properties that belonged to Hajiyah Zivar Sultan since the time of her death. The recipient of the letter has answered at the end of the document.

Deed certifying that Mirza Hasan ‘Ali, son of the late Mirza Muhammad Husayn from Shiraz, and Mahrukh Sultan, permanent wife of the late Mirza Muhammad Husayn (and daughter of the late Haji Mirza Muhammad Javad from Shiraz), owe fifty tumans to Karbalayi Mahmud Dukhtah-duz [the tailor/dressmaker], son of the late Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz. First, they agreed that the debt should be paid in three years, but then they settled it for one hundred dinars and one charik [unit of weight] of hard sugar.

Settlement of Aqa Mirza Pilah-var [retailer], son of the late Mashhadi Isma‘il, on behalf of Bibi Nush Afarin (daughter of the late Aqa Sayyid Yusuf and wife of the late Aqa Sayyid Ramazan) and on behalf of the inheritors of the late Haji ‘Abbas Pilah-var, and Mirza Muhammad Riza, on behalf of Khanum [illegible], with Haji Yusuf Sifid-gar [tinker] over the inheritance of the late Haji ‘Abbas for four hundred and seventy-two tumans and some wheat. The detriment fee was one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Settlement between Agha Tikkah Khanum (daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Ali Muhammad from Shiraz) and her husband, Fath Allah (son of the late Haji Abu al-Qasim son of Haji Rustam Anbar-dar [storage keeper]), over one-fourth of the late Haji Abu al-Qasim's inheritance (which includes Agha Tikkah Khanum's mahr of sixty tumans and also an additional one thousand tumans) for one hundred and twenty tumans, and an additional charik [unit of weight] of sugar cubes as the cost of detriment.
